Hygiene & Safety Notice

Due to the personal and hygienic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return, replacement, or refund will be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product or quantity)

The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used sanitary pads
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Products returned without original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Issues reported after the allowed reporting window

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request support, please contact our customer service with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Resolution Process

Once your request is verified:

  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost OR
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

We reserve the right to choose between replacement or refund based on product availability and issue type.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • The credited amount may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error occurred from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
