All orders for sanitary pads are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all items are packed in sealed, tamper-proof, and discreet packaging to ensure safety, privacy, and product integrity.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight/volume
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available on orders above ₹199., subject to ongoing offers.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch:

Hygiene & Safety Notice
hygiene products are classified as non-returnable hygiene products once opened or used. We ensure all products are:
- Factory sealed
- Stored in clean, hygienic conditions
- Shipped in protective outer packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
